Tickets On Sale Now for Twelfth Night

Presented by Chalk Rep and Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Los Angeles, CA, January 13, 2009 – The Ovation award winning Chalk Repertory Theatre returns to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery to open their second season with Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. Performances will run for a limited engagement, February 5-28, 2010 in the Masonic Lodge of the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Tickets are on sale now through Brown Paper Tickets.

Under the direction of Jerry Ruiz, Chalk Rep’s Twelfth Night integrates indie folk rock and a high fashion sensibility into Shakespeare’s classic comedy of love and mistaken identity. As Hollywood Forever Cemetery has striven to bring living culture to a Los Angeles historical landmark, Chalk Rep’s production of Twelfth Night will infuse a fresh contemporary energy to Shakespeare's literary masterpiece.

Twelfth Night features a diverse cast including Guilford Adams, Chris Ban, Corey Brill, Matt Gaydos, Jeremiah Greenblatt, Charlie Janasz, Tess Lina, Luke Lopez, Geno Monteiro, Owiso Odera, Teri Reeves, Hilary Ward, and Peter Wylie. The artistic team also includes Lighting Design by Mike Durst, Costume Design by Erica Rice, Set Design by Thomas Ontiveros, and Musical Direction by Michael Shapiro.

The regular performance schedule will be Fridays at 8:00pm, Saturdays at 2:00pm and 8:00pm, and Sundays at 7:00pm through February 28, 2009. Preview performances are Wednesday, February 3rd and Thursday, February 4th at 8:00pm.
