Chalk Repertory Theatre does not operate like a conventional theatre, reading scripts and looking for plays to fill our space. Instead we're looking for spaces to fill with plays. If you have access to an interesting space in Los Angeles, please let us know. We also welcome project pitches from writers, directors, actors, and interested community members.

If you'd like to get involved with the company more directly, we're always looking for volunteers to help run our theatrical events. Please contact us at info@chalkrep.com to let us know your interest, and if you have any special skills or resources you'd like to share with us as well.

And of course we'd love for you to get involved as an audience member! Chalk Rep is seeking individuals who are burnt out on the black box, and think of going to the theatre as a chore, as well as people who've never been to the theatre before in their lives! We'd love for you to meet each other in the new space we've created.
