Tom Ontiveros

TOM ONTIVEROS designs with light and projection for theatre, dance, and live music. He is a board member of viBe, a NYC organization providing performance and writing programs to high school girls with limited access to the arts. Credits and collaborations include; The Exonerated (NYC premiere), Tune In Festival @ Park Avenue Armory, Schick Machine @ Z Space, San Francisco; Hungarian National Theatre Festival in Cluj, Romania, International Festival of Arts and Ideas in New Haven, Ojai Music Festival, Phoenix Symphony, Cabrillo Festival of Contemporary Music, Marin Theatre Co., Intersection for the Arts, Magic Theatre, San Diego Museum of Art, Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art, Cleveland Playhouse, Japan America Theatre, Mondavi Center, Zellerbach Studio Theatre, South Coast Rep, La Jolla Playhouse, Chocolate Factory, Joyce SoHo, St. Marks Church, Ontological-Hysteric, Culture Project, Cornerstone, Circle X, and others. Tom is an Assistant Professor of Lighting Design at the University of Southern California.
